My name is Olivia, and I am a Holistic Therapist here to help you; whether that is for a one off relaxing treatment or for a long term medical condition. I am a qualified counseller, specialising in relationships. I am a certified RELAX Kids coach, CONNECTED Kids coach and Mindfulness &Meditation coach. I offer therapies with children from age 3+ and also with adults both in a class setting or individual basis.

I also offer treatments in Holistic Therapies, mainly Reflexology (with specialisms in Scar Tissue), Reiki (Usui), Indian Head Massage, Auricular Therapy, Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) . I also have an interest in Postural Energetics, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Crystal Therapy. I am experienced and qualified in all treatments I offer and I continually further my learning in an effort to help my patients with their conditions. I aim to introduce people to a more holistic way of life which incorporates looking at them as a whole entity, body, mind and soul.
